We are delighted that you are interested in our services. To ensure your wishes and ideas are implemented in the best possible way, we would like to present our general terms and conditions. Our primary goal is to create a unique and unforgettable atmosphere for your marriage proposal. We offer both fixed packages available on our website and tailor-made concepts designed individually to your vision.

By transferring the deposit, the client accepts the terms and conditions as well as the agreed offer. The contract becomes effective upon receipt of payment by Luxury Event Mallorca by Mareike Jakél.

1. Decoration Items
   All decoration items listed in the offer (such as vases, lanterns, cushions, torches, lighting, speakers, etc.) are rented and not sold. Any items that are damaged or lost must be replaced by the client. Prices include delivery, organization, and cleaning. Flowers may include both fresh and artificial elements (depending on the package). The fresh bouquet for your partner is part of the package as a purchased item and may be taken home.
2. Weekend and Public Holiday Bookings
   For bookings on weekends or public holidays, an additional fee applies:

• From October 20 to May 15: €80
• From May 16 to October 14 (high season): €120

1. Hourly Rate for Additional Services
   Additional services (e.g. booking of a shuttle, coordination with external photographers) will be charged at €45 + VAT per hour.
   If the booked time on-site is spontaneously extended, €150 + VAT per hour will be charged.
2. Alternative Locations
   Our packages include free delivery to our recommended location near Palma (approx. 15 minutes away by car, directly by the sea). For alternative locations:

• Up to 20 km from Palma: €50 travel fee + €100 location scouting fee
• 20–70 km from Palma: €100 travel fee + €150 location scouting fee

1. Client Contact and Coordination Before the Event
   To coordinate final details, the client must contact us (e.g. via WhatsApp) 2–3 days prior to the event. If we do not receive confirmation and the client is unreachable despite several contact attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. In this case, the full amount (100%) is due, as the date has been exclusively reserved and all preparations have been made.
2. Changes Due to Weather – Fixed Packages
   If the proposal is planned outdoors and cannot proceed due to weather, we kindly ask to be notified at least 2 days in advance. A change to an indoor location or a revised package is possible. A service fee of €80 + VAT applies. Please note that rescheduling is treated as a rebooking. We appreciate your understanding that weather is beyond our control.
3. Changes Due to Weather – Custom Packages
   If a custom package with an outdoor setup is affected by weather, this must be discussed at least 5 days before the event. A rebooking to an indoor venue or a modified package will incur a service fee of 10% of the total order amount (minimum €100 + VAT). Significant reorganization requiring greater effort will be quoted separately.
4. Private Locations / Hotels / Fincas
   The client is responsible for ensuring access to the agreed location and allowing sufficient time for setup and dismantling.
5. Setup and Delivery
   Setup will be completed according to agreement prior to the event, typically 1–2 hours before the scheduled time. Dismantling requires approx. 1 hour after the event.
6. Dismantling and Retrieval of Items
   After the proposal, you will have time to enjoy the setup – typically 1 or 2 hours depending on the package. We will return to dismantle afterward. If you wish to leave earlier, please notify us. Items should not be left unattended.
7. Confidentiality
   All concepts, designs, and procedures are the intellectual property of Luxury Home Mallorca SL. Commercial use or disclosure to third parties is prohibited. For custom packages, confidentiality regarding prices and conditions also applies.
8. Rebooking and Cancellation – Fixed Packages

• Up to 2 months prior: €80 + VAT processing fee
• 2 months to 14 days: cancellation €160 / rebooking €80 + VAT
• Less than 14 days: cancellation €330 / rebooking €120 + VAT
• From 7 days before: 80% of order value + incurred costs
• From 3 days before: 100% of the order value
• If Luxury Event Mallorca proposes an alternative date and it is agreed upon, rebooking is free of charge.

• Up to 1 month prior: 10% of total order value
• 1 month to 14 days: cancellation 25% / rebooking 10%
• Less than 14 days: cancellation 70% / rebooking 20%
• From 3 days before: 100% + incurred costs (e.g. floral materials, logistics)
• If Luxury Event Mallorca proposes an alternative date and it is agreed upon, rebooking is free of charge.

1. Cancellation by the Agency
   Luxury Home Mallorca SL by Mareike Jakél reserves the right to cancel the contract for cause, especially if agreed (partial) payments are not received on time or if significant issues arise (e.g. lack of cooperation, unreachability, or inappropriate behavior). In such cases, services already rendered and related costs remain chargeable.
2. Food and Beverages
   Meals may be sourced from local restaurants or markets. Luxury Event Mallorca does not assume liability for food quality. Allergies or intolerances must be communicated in advance via the questionnaire. Taste preferences should be communicated during consumption. No liability is accepted for post-event complaints.
3. Data Protection
   In accordance with the EU GDPR (Regulation 2016/679) and the Spanish LOPDGDD, the client consents to the processing of personal data by Luxury Home Mallorca SL. Data will only be used for event coordination and shared with involved service providers as necessary. 4. Force Majeure
   Luxury Event Mallorca is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, including extreme weather, government actions, road closures, quarantines, or travel restrictions.
5. Liability
   Luxury Event Mallorca is only liable for intent or gross negligence. The agency is not liable for:

• Loss or damage to personal property
• Actions of third-party service providers
• Incidents on uneven terrain (e.g. sand, stones) – access at your own risk

1. Disputes
   We always strive for a friendly solution. If no agreement can be reached, the place of jurisdiction is Palma de Mallorca (Balearic Islands, Spain).
2. Final Clause
   If any provision of this agreement is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. An alternative valid provision shall replace the invalid one, reflecting its economic intent.
