📞 Free of charge:
We cordially invite you to a free initial consultation (up to 30 minutes).
We get to know each other and together determine whether the conditions and chemistry are right for a successful collaboration. Usually, both sides already know during this time whether we want to continue on this path together ☺️
👩🏼💻 Service fee:
If our consultation takes longer (30–60 minutes), we charge a small flat rate. We invest this directly in the creation of a customized proposal—including an initial cost estimate and a rough outline of the program so you have a clear idea from the start. Depending on the scope, creating a customized proposal typically requires 1–2 hours of careful preparation:
Service fee: 90 €
For more complex projects (multi-day events): from 120 €
✅ In summary:
The flat rate includes a detailed consultation of approximately one hour as well as the preparation of a tailor-made offer with realistic assessments and an initial supporting program.
For further consultations before commissioning, we charge €45 per hour.
💡 It is important to us to communicate openly that our time is just as valuable as yours.
During the consultation, you will work directly with Mareike Jakél, an event planner with over 10 years of experience in planning and implementing exclusive weddings and events on Mallorca.
This means you will receive realistic assessments, professional advice and valuable tips right from the start.
The flat rate fee goes directly into thorough preparation, an initial cost estimate and the development of a rough supporting program for your event and will of course be credited when you place the order.
Location visits with on-site consultation
Sometimes it is helpful to visit the location together in person to get a clear picture and discuss the decoration options on site.
🏡 That's why we offer location visits with consultation - either at your home or at a location of your choice.
- Up to 30 minutes travel time from Palma: Flat rate 90 €
- Over 30 minutes travel time from Palma: Flat rate 140 €

- the joint inspection of the location,
- personal advice on site,
- our travel time and travel costs.
