The price for your event in Mallorca depends on your individual requirements and the number of guests. 

Every event is unique, and we plan it accordingly. Prices for your wedding or birthday party in Mallorca

The price overview for our wedding and event planning in Mallorca is based on average values and serves as an initial guide. Individual wishes or special requirements may affect the price accordingly. 
After a personal consultation, we will gladly create a customized offer for your event in Mallorca, tailored to your vision and desired scope. Our aim is to offer you the best possible value for money for every aspect of the service. We draw upon a carefully selected portfolio of trusted partners with whom we have enjoyed successful collaborations for many years. Our extensive experience and the perfectly coordinated combination of suitable service providers ensure a smooth process and a cohesive overall concept. 

A low price may be tempting, but a perfectly planned event in Mallorca is priceless. 

All prices are net prices.

Catering

Depending on the scope and individual requirements, prices including service and tableware range from €80 to €250 per person. This typically includes beverages, a one-hour sparkling wine reception, and a three-course meal or buffet.

bridal bouquet

The bridal bouquet costs approximately €90, depending on requirements. The groom's boutonniere costs €15. Total cost: approximately

Music/ Singer

Musical accompaniment during the wedding ceremony and also during dinner. We offer various options: piano, violin, guitar, singer, band, etc.

Agency service fee

We take care of the planning and coordination of your event, so you can relax and focus on what matters most. We agree on a transparent fixed price, depending on the scope and services required. We will be personally present on the day of the event. Your investment in stress-free planning. 

Smaller events start at €1,800. 

Large-scale events such as weddings start at €3,500.

Event location for weddings

Every event is unique and begins with choosing the right location. Professional event venues offer the ideal conditions for a smooth event. Below you will find a price overview for event venues without overnight accommodation. 

From €1,200 to €8,000

Master of Ceremonies

A personalized ceremony for a non-religious wedding will be conducted by a master of ceremonies.

We would be happy to advise you beforehand and invite you to a free initial consultation of up to 30 minutes. During this meeting, we will get to know each other and discuss your wishes and ideas. Following this, we will create a customized offer for our planning services and the individual concept for your event

Seating options such as lounge furniture are individually tailored to the location and the number of guests, ensuring a harmonious blend of design and comfort.

Invitations

We'd be happy to create a custom event website for you with all the important information for your guests. 

Upon request, we can also design personalized invitation cards and handle the layout, printing, and shipping completely for you.

We cordially invite you to a free initial consultation (up to 30 minutes) in which we can get to know each other and jointly assess whether the framework and chemistry are right for a successful collaboration.


 For the creation of a customized offer, including an initial cost estimate and a rough outline of the program, we charge a flat fee of €90. This also applies to agreed location visits, including our travel time and expenses.

 For multi-day programs or location visits more than 30 minutes' drive from Palma, the flat rate is €140.


The flat-rate fee can of course be credited towards the cost of the service.


 Good to know:

 If 30 minutes are not enough, this flat rate also includes a more detailed consultation of up to 1 hour, if required.
