Your tasks and responsibilities:
Preparation, implementation and follow-up of exclusive events You coordinate and support our internal social media presence with the aim of increasing our reach You implement and supervise measures to optimize communication You create target group-specific and media-oriented content You work together with external service providers You work in day-to-day business with support in decorating events, Preparation and follow-up Visits to exclusive locations Guest relations and service work during the events Correspondence with customers and service providers Support in content creation and preparation in the field of social media and PR Creation of blog articles for publications We hand over responsible projects to you which you can work on independently Partial insights into the real estate industry
What we want from you:
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken (Spanish is an advantage) A high level of personal responsibility and determination as well as a strong hands-on mentality Organizational talent, strong communication skills and a high level of service orientation Experience in dealing with MS Office applications (Excel) and Apple systems Professional experience/experience in part-time jobs or advanced studies Motivation, Discretion and a sense of responsibility Distinctive creativity and enthusiasm for social media
